In one word--NO. The calendar notes Spring started yesterday--but it lies! It has snowed most of the day. Elder Mendenhall can't hang up his snow shovel yet. This picture from our balcony is a view of Spring in Chicagoland. Looks more like winter to me.
Hmmm, I think we are getting a lesson in patience.

Yikes!! For sure! Even with the temps being in the mid 40s here, we still have a little green grass inching its way up and the sun is shining. Best wishes for a warm spring soon!
You're right... that doesn't look like spring at all! The midwest sure has some funky weather. You are definitely a good sport. I think we are all ready for some nice sun and warmer weather. Here's wishing you sunshine!
